We provide diagnostic, repair, replacement, and maintenance services for electronic devices. Services may include screen repair, battery replacement, water damage repair, data recovery, and other technical support.
3. Appointments & Estimates
All service requests will be assessed to provide an estimate of cost and time required. Estimates are based on initial evaluation and may change if additional issues are discovered during repair.
4. Warranty
Repairs are covered under a limited warranty on parts and labor, as specified at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
5. Liability
ZalomiCare is not responsible for data loss or damage that occurs before, during, or after the repair. Customers are advised to back up all data before submitting devices for repair.
6. Payment
Full payment is required upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal and device information confidentially. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Customers may cancel services before repair begins. Refunds or adjustments will be provided as per the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
